Your support in this category helps bridge any gaps in the homebuyers’ required initial contribution and increases their equity in the home.
Energy Efficiency Upgrades
When homes are built to exceed building code requirements for energy efficiency, the climate and the homeowner benefit. Households can reduce their utility bills by up to $120/month. These savings can go a long way for low- and medium-income households.
General Support
Help us further our mission. Donations in this category can support future land purchases, capacity building, outreach to historically under-served populations, and more operational activities.
